New Students

We are excited to welcome you to the Lancer Nation!  Our mission is to help new students connect with Christ, classmates, and the CBU campus culture.  The first step is to attend Step Ahead Orientation this summer.  At Step Ahead Orientation you will register for your first semester of classes, and learn about how to successfully transition to life at CBU.  Then, September 4-6 is Welcome Weekend - three days of chances to form friendships with other students and prepare for your CBU experience.  If you are living on campus in the Fall, then you will be moving onto campus on September 4.  We are excited to welcome you to our community as we prepare you to Live Your Purpose.

Parents and Guests

Our office exists to serve you and your student during the transition to CBU. Our hope is to answer all of the questions that you might have and provide you with the information and tools in order to best support your student while they are a student at CBU. We encourage parents and guests to attend Step Ahead Orientation with their students. At this event during the summer, we cover financial information, academic expectations, and introduce you and your student to some Lancer traditions. At Welcome Weekend, parents and guests will bring students to the campus for the Fall semester, and then on the first night send off their student to a successful first semester at CBU. We are excited to welcome you and your student to the CBU campus community!

Meet our Staff
